        I received excellent service from this company. I called 411 and asked for a local tow company and they connected me to Cortes Towing. I was stuck on the highway and they were there in 20 minutes. The driver was very nice and the truck was very clean. Thank you Cortes Towing for providing such a wonderful service at such a horrible time (tire blew out and I didnt have a spare).

        SENT WRONG TYPE OF TOW VEHICLE FIRST TIME

        LEFT REAR BRAKE LINE BROKEN WHEN TOWED IN SUNDAY PM FROM JIMMYS REST 1900 PLAZA BLVD, NATIONAL CITY. ASKED THE DRIVER IN ADVANCE TO BE CAREFUL SO THAT WOULDN'T HAPPEN. HAVE TRIED TO CALL YOU, BUT ONLY GET FAX SIGNAL. PLEASE CONTACT ME AT 619-264-7664 OR 619-895-3353. THANK YOU, JOE DOOM
