My corvette broke today and I needed a tow so I called this company. The price seemed low to tow my corvette. I thought it would be more with such low ground clearance. They told me it would be 45 minutes before they could get to me but the tow truck arrived about 15 minutes early. I was a little worried at first because the driver looked a little dirty but then I watched him hook up my car and realized he has to crawl under the car to hook it up. I guess he looked pretty clean for crawling on the ground all day. He did make sure to take off his greasy gloves before entering my car to put it into neutral. The driver was very friendly and very careful with my car. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do I know who I'm calling.

My tire self-destructed on the highway, so needless to say my day wasn't going as planned. My roadside assistance sent Will from Connolly's Towing and I was really impressed with the experience. Will was professional, upbeat and we even shared a few laughs as he did everything he could to better my situation. We ended up towing the car and I only wish I had some cash on me so I could have tipped him - he really deserved it. Thanks, Connolly's Towing! You made a potentially bad day a lot better.

LIARS, CHEATERS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When the tow truck driver arrived at the accident scene he told my husband and I we had 3 choices: Tow to the junk yard, tow to our house for $85 or tow to his yard (only 6 blocks away) at no charge and the insurance company could come and look at it there. We went with the obvious - tow at no charge. Well, he lied, it ended up costing us almost $150. When we went to go pick up the vehicle (becuase now it was going to cost at least another $100 for them to tow to our house) The lady in the office was very rude and disrespectful. She turned her back on me mid-sentence and picked up the phone while I was talking. I will NEVER do business again with these people and I will tell EVERYONE I know never to do business with them.

During the last snow storm my car got stuck in Arvada. The driver looked a bit tired and disheveled probably from a hard days work, but he was very polite and professional and got my car pulled out quickly. Thanks so much for the prompt and friendly service. You made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with.

Their driver was helpful and knew what he was doing and had me and my car delivered to the dealership quickly. I will definitely use them again if needed.
