        Patio paver was installed with improper slope for water run-off. CSE came back and repaired patio twice after installation and failed to complete the work as agreed upon, which was to remove the water on the patio from the house to the lower patio. Instead, CSE attempted to run the water off to the side (not agreed upon) now the patio is sinking in the area CSE attempted to repair twice. Agreement was that if additional issues occurred with the patio, a third party would be used and CSE would need to reimburse. We hired Del’s family landscape to fix the sinking patio properly. Looking for a refund for the work that will be completed. Have attempted to negotiate with CSE and have been unsuccessful as the company accepts no responsibility. Other issues included polymer sand was installed incorrectly has to be removed and redone, patio was sealed before being properly cleaned (per Unilock representative) creating a haze on the brick.
