Very bad service and management

Dear Editor, Here is my updated writing on this review. Thanks in advance that you'll remove all the others, and post this one.



City Cab, a Very Bad taxi company! I ordered two-way taxi drive between home and airport for a long trip. But the driver never showed up. After waiting for 20

minutes, I called their service line 408-998-3333. The dispatch man simply told me there're no other drivers, and offered no help. In order to catch flight, I had to drive my own car, and paid a LOT of parking fee in the airport.



The coordination work in City Cab's office is a Mass. I cancelled my returning way taxi service very soon during the trip. But a week later, several different drivers still called me to try to pick me up. And some of them assumed a totally wrong pick-up time.



I called City Cab (408-998-3333) several times for the above event, during the past several months. But

they gave no explanation, and no apology at all.

Very bad service and management

City Cab is a Very bad company ! I ordered from City Cab a Taxi drive to catch a flight in San Jose airport. But the mexican spoken driver never showed up. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called their service line 408-998-3333, but got no help. In order to catch flight, I had to drive my own car, and paid $225 for parking in airport for 2 weeks' trip. It would be only $20 for one way taxi service.



The coordination work in City Cab's office is so bad. Several different drivers still kept on calling me for confirming my returning trip drive, after I cancelled it during my travell. And some of them assumed a wrong service time for my trip. These drivers are all Mexican-spoken.



I called City Cab's office several times for the above event during the past several months, but got no explanation, and no apology at all from its management team. If anyone has experience or recommendation on how to handle it, Thanks for sharing it with me.

Unreliable, Rude horrible service, use abusive language

Extremely rude and horrible service. They give wrong estimates and make you wait long (more than 15 minutes beyond estimated time). When called to cancel the person responds abusively (particularly Tony's friend) calling you names. You don't want to use this service particularly if you need one soon.
