Needed surgery attendant care, that’s someone to wait in the doctor’s office while I had an outpatient procedure. Charris picked me up on time and remained the entire time. They were professional, caring, and polite. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is need of this kind of service. Not everyone has someone to assist them with this kind of care and I am thankful that I ran across them and they were available.

Highly recommend. I had previously used a different company that price gouged so I looked for a new company and found this one. The owner was wonderful. She was so kind and friendly. She truly cares about her patients that ride with her. Her car was clean, and most of all she was very affordable. Anytime I need transportation I only go with her company.

I required transportation to two medical appointments, one that would require me to not drive myself. One lasted 3 hours the other about thirty minutes. Mrs Shavers was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. She picked me up on time at 8:45 am had me at my appointments on time. Returned me home around 2:30 PM it was a relaxing experience to have confidence that me needs were met during a tight schedule of medical procedures. Thank you so much for providing this service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs personal privacy with transportation.

I have been a regular patience/customer of Charris Enterprises for several months now. I truly appreciate the professionalism I receive every time I have needed their services. Approximately 7 -10 times I have hired this company to transport me from hospital, doctors and surgical sights in Atlanta traffic. They must travel over 1.5 hours to pick me up from Cartersville, ga and delivery me on time to these sensitive appointments, in Atlanta traffic that is no easy commitment. I promise they have never left me hanging or made me late for an appointment. The vans have always appeared clean and smelling fresh. I have never had a bad experience. Top Notch Company with a caring heart. Well within my ability to pay for travel. As I am single and disabled Money is VERY important. I have had to depend on them and trust them with my most personal information and credit cards I have never had a problem with the owner and or her staff…

I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking for a transport of this nature. Ms. Rosalind came to pick us up when my mom needed to go to the hospital for a follow up appointment. My dad and I were able to ride with her which was great! Rosalind treated her with such kindness, patience and understanding. Very professional, friendly and warm. It made the entire experience much easier having someone like her taking care of us that day. If you call this company you never have to doubt that you will be in the best hands and get the best care! It's difficult to find people who can be so compassionate in situations where people are injured or anxious. I cannot state strongly enough how compassionate the customer service was that was provided to us.
