Charbonnet Mid-City Carriages

We used this service in New Orleans day before Thanksgiving. It was very expensive and upon getting off we were informed that they do not take credit card. There were no signs and it was not disclosed in the beginning. The driver was not kind 2 oz and I've ruined our day. Please make sure that they have a sign that says cash only or ask before you get on.

I called this company because, they were the only company to provide a horse and carriage for a wedding. Others supply a mule and a carriage. The problem began right away.i e-mailed for a reservation. no reply, I called three times to confirm or make a arrangement for wedding carriage. There was no one there to help or confirm, "Just leave you name and phone number and someone will return a phone call" l No reply phone calls. The last two phone call was directed to a Funeral home .I do not need a hearse! Customer service is non existent! I would suggest that one would not plan big event such as a wedding, because these fools cannot run a business and very possibility possibility ruin you big day....
