I've been seeing Michelle for nearly 3 years, and the experience has been amazing! The hair growth on my face has decreased dramatically, as well as the length and frequency of my appointments. The results are well worth it, but please be patient with the process. I've been seeing an endocrinologist in Round Rock, Dr. Ozer, and have been managing my insulin levels by losing weight and taking the proper medication. When I started this treatment,I was using tweezers everyday for 30 minutes,plucking hair from my upper lip,chin and neck. The treatments were 30 minutes to an hour every 2 to 3 weeks and somewhat relaxing as Michelle was good company. She was upfront with the time frame and probable results. It has been 8 months since my last visit and
there has been very few hairs that have appeared.
I am very satisfied and I recommend both the procedure and Michelle.

Michelle is wonderful! I am an African American Woman who has been going to Michelle for about 5+ years now. Some ingrown hairs had caused dark spots. I have seen and felt so much progress since going to her. Some of my dark spots have totally vanished. The others are fading. The amount of facial hair in my problem areas have decreased. The ones that are still there are so baby fine that they are not noticable. Patience, just have patience. The wait is well worth it.

My experience with hair removal to my face I tried laser treatment for one year painful, temporary, and quick fix hair grows back after a month then another treatment is needed. Then I tried electrolysis hair removal with multipulse/microflash method for one year of tedious painful treatments still had hair growth on my face could not see any change. Now I have been seeing Michelle for about one year now I can see about 75% of the hair on my face has been removed. The blend electrolysis system she uses is working for my face I can go longer weeks before needing another treatment and have move to other trouble areas. Michelle is professional, knowledgeable in her field of work. I highly recommend her services to anyone. I took the scenic route to hair removal you live, you learn, and you do what works for you but, this is what is working for me!!!

I moved from another state where I had been having electrolysis from someone considered the best. She always talked about her machine and that anyone using anything else was simply "behind the times and antiquated." Her machine was faster, less painful, and cutting edge according to her.

When I found out I was moving she told me to only go to someone who used this same type of machine. She told me not to risk injury to my skin or to waste my money.

After being in treatment with her for a year I did not feel my progress was that great and decided I should look at all the options.

I found Michelle on the web and could tell right away she was doing what I had been told to stay away from. She does the blend and it i IS different. She takes time with each hair and I never feel the hair being plucked. She says the machine should be an extension of the operator and that you should control the machine and not the other way around. Michelle is a true technician and actually loves what she does.

I like it that she does so much continuing education. Every time she goes to California she comes back with something new to use on us. And as a nurse she always has new information to pass on from the various seminars she attends..

I have gone from weekly hour appointments to a few minutes every few months. My skin looks better than ever and I think her equipment's the one that's cutting edge.!! As far as wasting my money she is extremely reasonable for what she does. Her office is very professional but also clean and relaxing.

My spouse and I are engineers and have been receiving treatments from Michelle for 1 yr. We are very pleased with the results. She uses a machine rated 13.56 MHz that is very effective on various parts of the body. We have tried other methods with other machines in the past, but found Michelle's type of equipment and the blend method to be the most effective for us. She is highly trained with experience to operate the machine at the frequency and voltage and duration needed for safe and effective hair removal.
