Despite a mix up from the phone end of scheduling our emergency visit, the technician made up for it. He was great.. knew exactly what to do and fixed it promptly. The reason we will be a repeat customer is because of him (John Chumley).

This is my second experience with Cellino and I will continue to use them. I don’t think they are overly expensive and if they are a bit more it’s worth it. They are fast and friendly and do it right the first time. They will go above and beyond when they can. From huge issues to smal Ones I highly recommend them!

Cellino is more expensive than most, but the service and availability makes paying extra worth it. In addition, most of their services have a warranty attached, which gives peace of mind. We had a leak under our kitchen sink which ended up being due to our garbage disposal being rotted out and leaking through the electrical! Cellino replaced it within an hour and a half with a better model and an 8 year warranty. Liam was very knowledgeable and tested the unit thoroughly before leaving. We paid the shot, but I am confident we won't have an issue for a very long time.

This is the second time we have called..the first for a sewer problem emergency. They were quick to come and help us.

This time it was some routine items...faucet and toilet replacement. Quick and professional response and service. Serviceman prompt, personable and did a good job. Not cheap but done right. I will call again!

Outrageous prices! Quoted $400 for a simple leak. They don't even look at the problem. They just quote out of a book. They could do that over the phone and cut the $30 service call charge. My neighbor fixed it for me in 20 minutes and under $10 for parts. Shop around if you don't want to get screwed over!!!!!

Great service after we had noticed that the water heater in our basement began to leak extensively. Cellino brought a person to our house within the hour and kept us well-informed throughout the process. Most definitely the best plumbing service in the area. Witthout a doubt, I would go back to Cellino plumbign with sny other issues that I may have.

We were in a pinch when our water heater died! It was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I had a house full of guests and we needed someone right away. I called several different plumbers, and could not believe that no one answered at all. Then I called Cellino! From the minute I called to the installation, this company is top notch professional. They sent a guy out that night. They had a tank with them. Before I knew it, we were back up and running. I thank them very much!

I recently used Cellino Plumbing in an absolute emergency. I ran into a plumbing problem at 6pm on a Friday, a time when I thought it would be impossible to get any help.

Much to my surprise, I was able to get a hold of a live person. They took down all my information and told me they would be able to send a service technician over within the hour. I was so relieved to hear that I wouldn't have to wait!

The service technician was extremely nice and understanding. He arrived at my home with a neat and tidy appearance and even took the time to put boot covers on to protect my floors and carpets.

The technician assessed my situation and presented me with a written document stating what the problem was and what can be done to fix it, as well as the upfront cost associated with the remedy. He explained everything very thoroughly and was patient with all of my questions. Together, we went over the best remedy to my situation and I gave him my written approval to proceeded with the work. He had all the parts already on his truck, which in an emergency, makes all the difference.

The technician finished up, cleaned up after himself and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Best of all, when it came time to pay him, there were no surprises, I knew exactly what the job would cost before he started any of the work.

My experience with Cellino Plumbing has been great. They are the only company I will ever use. It is my hope to never need a plumber again, but, when I do,the folks at Cellino Plumbing have gained a customer for life. Their promptness and understanding in my emergency has set them apart from the rest. They are a top notch company committed to their customers.
