WAITED 36 HOURS FOR THE MANAGER RODNEY LEWIS TO CALL ME TO DISCUSS THE ILLEGAL TOWING OF MY CAR, WHICH THEY REALIZED IT WAS IT WAS ILLEGAL AFTER THEY HOOKED IT UP, SCRATCHED IT, AND THEN PUT IT BACK HALFWAY HANGING OUT OF THE PARKING SPOT. RODNEY LEWIS STILL HASNT CONTACTED ME, HE IS HIDING BEHIND HIS EMPLOYEES SO HE WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER & THE BETTER BUSINESS BEARU. SEE YALL IN COURT :)

My car got towed. Though it was parked legally and i paid 20$ for parking.

The person in place was really rude,unprofessional and cheated me of 165 dollars .He made me wait for one hour .

Even after i showed my parking paid receipt ..he was not willing to give my car unless i paid the fine.

Strange thing was .. he was the owner of the event-parking lot where my car was towed too.

They are running a illegal parking and towing business. Worst experience in my life so far dealing with such cheap people

Waited over 5 hours and they never showed up. I called them and every time I was told it will be an hour or that they will call me back. Needless to say they never did. After the 5 hour mark I canceled because the business was closed that I was going to tow my car to. 1 star is so over rated for this company but that is the lowest I can go.
