        This Carl's Towing towed my daughter's car OVER A YEAR AGO. While it was being loaded on the truck, the hook on the car broke. These hooks are never meant for this purpose and are only to help a car stay in place on boats while being shipped here, never meant for pulling an Acura TL up on a huge truck with incline bed. By law they are supposed to have it secured in 4 places. Instead it launched into the HUGE hole under the Fallert Bridge on the Kalama River Road. Rode a log clear to the bottom and totaled it. The car went to the Acura dealer in Portland and their estimator refused to go in and talk to the dealers repair person. Their insurance holders are a fly by night company on the east coast who have the WORST representatives ANY of us have dealt with. By ANY of us, I mean My insurance people(Farmer's), Enterprise rent a car, Acura of Portland, myself, my daughter, my local ins rep, and my husband. I gave up and put it through on my insurance. I HAD TO. They also did a repair on my daughters other car before and charged me 2 hours to estimate a CLEAR SEE THRU part on the very top of an AMIGO motor. REALLY! YES IT HAS SPARK. Even I can see that. These people are a total rip off. Run as fast as you can.

        Overall

        I called them to get my car winched and towed. They were very quick and very nice. Was only charged half of what I could and should have been. would recommend carl's to anyone and everyone!
