As a former employee I would like to share how much I value the leadership, support and service of CPG. Barbara is a wonderful leader with 30 years in the career services industry and a deep knowledge of federal employment. She makes available significant resources for the writers to be successful. I still use what I learned in the customer service portion of the training every day.
Because CPG has the ISO 9001:2008 certification there is a very high level of consistency in processes and quality control. With detailed procedures in place, clients and writers know exactly what to expect from the processes which results in a quality product. The ISO procedures contribute to a effective and uniquely professional working environment and as a result, clients have a high level of success landing jobs.

They have a nice speech when they contact you. Once they have your money you don't matter anymore. I got a job interview sending a resume I wrote myself, not the garbage they sent back to me. I've never written a review online before, but these guys will take $700 and it is worth $50 at best. I've never been so hurt/felt so scammed in my life by people who seem so professional on the the surface. At least one if not all of the positive reviews on here are written by people who work for/own the company. Please don't waste your time with these people.

I have been using Career Pro to write my resumes, keep them updated, and answer pre-interview worries since 2008. I was recently laid off and had to go back to applying for jobs, which is dreadful. After countless hours and 20 - 30 applications sent- the calls began pouring in! I have already been on 3 interviews with 2 job offers and have 2 more interviews lined up while I wait to start my new position! at my last interview, the hiring official actually said " Your resume is really impressive, not just your experience, but the layout and the technicality of the wording... not many people know how to write a resume'" Thanks to Barbara, Bryan, and Michelle for my excellent resume!

My opinion of this organization is pending evaluation.

The People at CareerPro Global were absolutely great in helping my husband make his army to civilian transition. They provided him the resources and help that he needed to find a satisfying career. They were extremely friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of assistance in their job search.
