Care Plus Walk-In Clinics

AFTER I paid my full visit fee and was met by the doctor, I asked for a service LISTED on the menu of services (sinus xray) and was told ""we don't usually do that""
I stated that it is on the list and was, again, told ""we don't usually do that."" I asked ""what DO you do to verify that I have a sinus infection"", ""we give you medicine."" ""you will give me medicine without veryfying if I have sinus infection?"" ""yes"" ""but I want to know that that is what I have before I start putting drugs in my body or to rule it out and be examined to determine what the problem is"" ... blank stare ... ""we don't usually do that."" Asked for a refund, I will never go there again. $95 for a doc to give me a prescription without determining the source of symptoms. Unacceptable. The license should be revoked, it is irresponsible to just write prescriptions. That place is more like a pay for rx service than an actual clinic, I'm curious if anyone could just go there and get narcotic pain meds without examination just by handing over $95. Probably.

I was home on leave from Iraq and had an allergic reaction of some sort. I called before I came in to ask for a wait time (estimate ofcourse). I was told a hour. I ended up waiting 3 hours! When I got into the room the doctor didn't even have on a coat. He was wearing a beat up polo and wrinkled pants! The most unprofessional I've ever seen at a doctors office. The doctor, MD Jagdeep Sandhu, really creeped me out! He pulled my shirt up to where it exposed my WHOLE back JUST to listen to my lungs??? When in actuality every other doctor has only stuck their hand under with the stethoscope not lift up your whole shirt! I really thought he was a pervert and would not recommend ANYONE to him especially women or children. I found out his wife worked there and wanted to tell her or make a complaint to the cops just because it was so uncomfortable but I knew it would stir up a lot and I just wanted to relax at home on leave FROM IRAQ not be touched by some disgusting Indian doctor.Then they wouldn't even do the insurance. They said that I had to call the insurance within the next couple of days? Very unprofessional and just not a good vibe from that doctor or his office. I should have sued his *ss but like I said I just wanted to relax at home on leave and had to go back to Iraq in the next week anyway. DON NOT GO THERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. No one should get treated like that.
