Campbell Concrete

Doing business with Campbell's Concrete in Dayton was the worst decision we made during this home project. First they promised an arrival time of 8:00 am and finally arrived at 10:00 am. We had contractors here waiting to help with the concrete leveling since 7:30 am. Their excuse for the late arrival was that they were busy at the plant. We were then overcharged for the concrete that we ordered. For one solid week we were given the runaround by everyone we spoke to especially the people at the Dayton plant. Finally after calling for the 7th time, we were told the district manager made the decision that we were not getting a refund because his driver states we ordered more than we actually did. So, it was his driver's word against mine and my contractor's word. What happened to the customer is always right. Never again will we use this company.
