I was impressed from day one. They put a new roof on my house, took off the old gutters, installed wind turbines, performed quite a bit of repair on soffit and fascia that was worse than anticipated. They were not cheap, but they did very good work, cleaned-up everything and even helped on a few things that had nothing to do with my roof. Professional people behaving professionally. Even my dog liked them and he's a good judge of character.
