We used the charter buses for a schoolwide field trip (which required 13 buses). The drivers were professional, the buses provided bathrooms which was much needed for students. We loved the trip and would use them again. The representative (Hansel Knights) was helpful and was available for any questions we had with the services. Thank you again for great service!

Our company uses buses at least 5-8 times a year. This was our first time using Bus Charter Express. It was such an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. They were very quick with their response. They are very professional. They made the process so easy and convenient for me. I didn't have to lift a finger. The lady that answered the phone was so cheerful and pleasant. The price was very reasonable but the service was even better! Amazing, just simply amazing. I originally booked our corporate event with another bus company. They called me and canceled our buses (2) days before our event. I was petrified and in a bind. Search YP and found BUS CHARTER EXPRESS. Luckily they are Nationwide and was able to bring the buses from one of there garages. All 5 buses were booked, ontime, clean, and the drivers were professional. BUS CHARTER EXPRESS saved our event and saved my job!!!#
