Bowman Mechanical just yesterday installed two new air conditioners for me and I want you to know that the men doing the job were excellent in every way. Your team was courteous knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with, it is such a pleasure to find great customer service, I just had to compliment your men and company, thanks for a great job.
The work with them and the customer service experience were all very top notch. I was pleased with them from the first contact. They worked diligently to get things done quickly, correctly and efficiently. The new unit is great. We are more than pleased with the service received.
I got taken for a ride, don't let the same happen to you. Very very poor customer service, dishonest, deceitful even fraudulent business practices. Please consider this warning so you are not defrauded as well.
I selected Bowman because the previous residents used them and I didn't know who to call; boy are the reviews misleading. When my AC was out in 90 degree heat they told me I would have to wait 48 hours to get my unit checked. I was informed there would be a roughly $90 service call fee which I was ok with. The guys were here for 10 minutes total and found a bad capacitor. They came in with a bill of over $400! They wanted to charge me $309 for a new capacitor. I questioned the tech and he said that was the price he had to put down. After they left I called the company to double check the price. The girl answering the phone was rude and I asked to speak to a manager to explain the pricing. He did not call back that day; meanwhile I discovered this was actually a part that cost between $10-$20. After exchanging emails with the service manager I got the owner Steve Bowman on the phone who promptly called me a liar first for saying I was having trouble reaching the service manager and second for telling him that I called an HVAC contact in another area who told me his price for the same part was $11.25. He talked over and down to me the entire time and did not seem the least bit concerned with addressing my problem only that I was wasting his time. I asked for a refund which was denied and told he would sue me if I didn't pay then hung up on me.
I wanted to say how pleased we are with the system they installed last summer. As I type this, it is below freezing outside, and we are comfortable inside. It is so nice to stand under one of our vents and actually be warmed by what is coming out. In our previous 10 years in this house, the HVAC system has been nothing but problems and disappointment. I am thinking those days are over.
Cooling was great in the summer months, and electric bills have been lower than ever before. Bottom line, we are very pleased with Bowman Mechanical.

Bowman Mechanical is very professional and their techs are great. I am very happy customer. I had issues with one of our air condenser and they fixed the problem. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional, especially when it was 90 degrees outside. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
A guy from Bowman came out in May to start up my swamp cooler. He arrived on time and did a great job. A few days later the water line to the cooler developed a couple of leaks. The same guy came out immediately and replaced the water line. The rest of the summer was cool and comfortable. Thank you for your service!
