these people dont care about you or any body else ,they will rip you off any way they can, they will charge you for gas,if they were 100 miles away, they will charge you 12 dollars a mile even thow your going 2 miles up the street,they will name a bunch of other fees to charge you ,if your 20 dollars short they will not give you your car,it cost me 260 dollars to get my car back even thow big wheel is 1 and a half miles away, this is not the first time they rip me off.
