BDP is like no other plumbing company. I had a pipe leaking in my basement. When I called the office, the girl was pleasant and able to get the technician out the same day. In fact, they had cancellation and the office called to see if it was alright to come out an hour earlier. The technician was polite, thorough and resolved our plumbing problem. Would highly recommend!!!

BDP Plumbing and Heating is fantastic! Not only was my Technician, Thorne, friendly and courteous, the service was phenomenal. Thorne was extremely knowledgeable and fixed all my plumbing issues. This company is very professional and experienced. I would most certainly refer them to anyone. I had an amazing, worry free Winter. I look forward to having them work on my plumbing and heating needs in the future!

My name is Michelle Phillips and ...Two weekends ago, my tenant had a heating emergency. I have a contract with another company and they came out on Saturday, the 2nd to fix the oil burning furnace. Then, at 7 that evening, the furnace broke again and my tenant and her small children had no heat. I called my company that I have a contract with and they would not come out that evening or Sunday. I called several places and finally your tech said that he would come out that evening. I appreciate this more than words can ever express. I want to write a more formal letter of appreciation when I have time, but for now, he helped a lot of people and due to his excellent demeanor and service, I want to start using your company going forward.

My town advised me to install a pressure reducing valve to help with water conservation. I did not know where to turn. I called around to many of the plumbers in my area and was immediately happy with BDP. From the initial phone call right down to the plumbers I have never been so happy with a service call. I was so happy in fact that a couple of weeks later when a faucet in my kitchen started leaking I knew EXACTLY who to call. Dominick who came for the valve and Greg who came for the faucet were both so kind, courteous and professional, from the booties they wore to protect my floor and carpet to having every part they needed on the truck so they did not waste time driving around to supply houses. I have never been happier with a company than I am with BDP!

I've used BDP Plumbing for a long time and I have been VERY happy especially with Thorne. He's EXCELLENT!!!! He does great work, very friendly, and is patient with explaining the work he's doing. The prices are great plus they always have coupons. I won't go anywhere else.

My 89 year old mother's air conditioning died during this hot weather. I called BDP and they sent Greg out immediately. Greg was very, very nice and did a great job in checking everything out. He provided a detailed explanation in an extremely professional manner.

I was referred to this plumbing company from Foremost. Dominick came out to fix a leak we had under the sink. He provided a top notch job. He did a free home inspection, reviewed the company's service agreements with us, wore booties over his shoes, and at all times was courteous. When we mentioned we were thinking about getting new faucets, he showed us a book with the faucets they could provide and install. A few days later, we had an appointment for BDP to come out to install the faucets. Greg was just as pleasant and respectful as Dominick. I would like to point out that the office called each time to follow up on the work performed and the customer service we were provided as well as calling BEFORE the appointment to advise if the technician was ahead of schedule or delayed (which in our case was only 5 minutes). Again, the office manager was very pleasant to speak to and answered all my questions. I'm person who believes in communication and this company I believe could not do any better in accomplishing that than they've already have done. I took out a service agreement with them for all of my future plumbing needs. Again TOP NOTCH COMPANY

I have been thoroughly satisfied with your company's professionalism and quality of work to date. More specifically, I wanted to make note of the work done by 2 employees.



The plumber, Dominick, that came to our home has always been very responsive and professional. He always returned my calls in a timely manner and was very patient with all the questions that I had for him. The amount I was charged for the work while not necessarily the lowest quote was in my view reasonable and fair. Dominick appears to have done a very good job and again was very responsive.



The other person I wanted to recognize is the office manager, Margaret. She has always followed up on my messages, and when she didn't have the answer she made sure to follow up and get the information I needed.



These two individuals have what in my view is critical to any business' ability to be successful. Integrity, pride in the work done, and respect for the customer are something I have discovered are very difficult to come by with contractors. These 2 individuals and they are an asset to this company. I hope they are recognized for their hard work and the value they are brining to this company.



I look forward to being able to count on BDP Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs and hope that everyone I come in contact from this company will be as pleasant and professional as Dominick and Margaret.

I was a little worried about calling a plumber for the job I had. I am an elderly woman and needed a new taller toilet installed. Being a widow my biggest fear was being taken advantage of. Of all the estimates I had gotten Bianco was certainly the cheapest. The installer was polite, considerate, fast and professional. He respected me and my house and left everything as it was. The work was great and I could not be happier. Thank you Bianco Diamond for everything you did.

PROFESSIONALS! That word is thrown around too much at times, but in this case does not quite sum up what you get with BDP plumbing. I had a major emergency with my well pump at my house and was calling around to several different plumbers. BDP was quick, courteous and even in an emergency situation, the most reasonably priced company I found. They showed up ON TIME, did the work quickly and VERY clean...so clean the plumber actually wore protective baggies over his boots so he did not wreck my house! Hats off to Bianco Diamond Plumbing and Heating... I will NEVER go anywhere else.... HIGHLY recommended!!!
