After you cleaned my carpeting, it smelled like a wet sock. Yes, the carpeting was soiled, but if you didnt have the knowledge or equipment to clean it, you should have said so. Pointing the finger back at me and saying it was my fault because I cleaned it myself 3 years ago was not cool. In addition, you promised me a refund and dragged it out for 3 months which meant it was beyond the time frame the credit card company covers. Sorta smart on your part but really dumb when you see this review.
Oh, and I also hired the them to clean my kitchen tile. Still dirty when they left. Dont hire this company!
Hello, We always aim to satisfy the needs of our customers no matter how difficult the job may be. However, there are times when a customer’s standards cannot possibly match even the best work of our technicians. In relation to this job, there was a lot of mis-communication in terms of what was expected to be done to restore the carpet (after fully examining its existing state) and what was realistically possible after completion of work. It's unfortunate that you were unhappy with the service we conducted but again, we did the absolute best we could in light of the existing circumstances. We always aim to satisfy the needs of our customers and we have over 10 years of very satisfied customers to prove it.
