Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

I needed an emergency plumber and when I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing Benjamin Franklin plumbing was the first to pop up. I called and they took all of my information and then said someone would call me the next business day. I explained that raw sewage was coming out of the toilet, sink, and shower drain in one of our bathrooms and I considered that an emergency. It was then they informed me that they were only available 24 hours to pre-existing customers who paid a membership fee to cover emergencies.
So I have to plan ahead for a plumbing emergency? Don't advertise as 24 hours if you don't acually come out 24 hours a day!

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They charged $724.00 for a work which was completed within 45 minutes.

I called for plumbing repair (non emergency) the responded early and took care of my problem. Josh came to give me an estimate and while he was here he took care of the three I had called. I commend him and the company for their concern, promptness and great work. I will contact them again for any plumbing repairs I need. While talking with Josh I ask him electrical repairs and he got on the phone and requested that his office make an appointment for those repairs. You could not ask for more.

I cannot say enough when it comes to the time energy and all around customer service I received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbers. I am so thankful to have had a plumber at a reasonable price come out and take care of a water main break. Not only did they do the repair efficiently they also backed me as a major monopoly of a water company tried to take over to charge me money for something that wasn't broken. It's so hard to find good reliable people who take care of their customers I have found that in this company and in all five employees I encountered. Stand up job cannot say enough!

Their truck had all the parts and Dustin was highly professional. He explained the work, gave us a no hassle price and when the work was done, he explained exactly what he did. This is our first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing...and it was completely worth it.
