What a great business. I got towed in through AAA when I broke down on the highway, and had Bear repair my vehicle. They were very friendly and fair, which you rarely see in this industry (especially the friendly part). I believe they are family owned, I know it was a mother and son running the office who were both super! You're always looking for an honest mechanic, and I finally found one!

Thank you! They towed me in and fixed my vehicle in a day. All things considered it was a pleasant experience. I will be back.

I'd like to encourage everyone to give bear a shot. They're a local family ran business that has been here for decades. The husband, wife, and son run the shop with their friendly staff. I've taken each of my cars here for almost 10 years. The do good work at fair cost. I like that they do small work like oil changes and tire repairs all the way to engine and transmission work. I don't have to have different people for tires, oil changes, and major repairs which is a time saver.

AWESOME shop! They rebuilt my transmission, much cheaper than the dealer quoted. Every other shop that claimed to be transmission specialists just wanted to put a used one in from a junk yard. You are my new mechanic for everything, thank you!

Awesome job! Everything went as planned. Fairly priced, cheaper than the dealer, more expensive then chain mechanics (theres a reason they're so cheap). Well worth it!

I've always had a great experience here. Just had my first issue, with a alternator they had installed and it prematurely went bad, but they towed it in, confirmed I was right, warrantied it at no cost, and had it back to me within hours! I believe most shops would find a way to deny responsibility or blame it on something else, but as they explained, unfortunately sometimes everyone get bad parts, that's why they offer warranty! THANK YOU for honoring your word!

My battery completely died in the extreme cold. Bear Tire replaced the battery, checked the electrical system, and had me on the road in about an hour.

Great job by your provider, Bear Tire & Auto Center. A flat tire with no spare on Rt 295 South at 10am. I was picked up within 20 minutes taken to their garage and back on the road by 11:15 am in time to see my son win a YuGiOh card tournament. I'm so lucky to have Bear Tire & Auto servicing my area and hope that all other providers are like them as well.

I just wanted to drop a note to let you know of the great roadside experience I had. I needed my car towed to my repair shop since I was having a problem. The towing company Bear Tire & Auto Center was their within 15 minutes and the driver was friendly and very helpful. The drivers name was Wesley Bishop and he even gave me a call to let me know that the car was at the repair shop and everything was fine. Again thank you for providing an excellent service.
