Basement Remedy

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Honest, cleaned cut military men. Our floors sagged and we had rotted framing from termites. They lifted the hose and replaced a lot of joists and frame work.. These guys should have their own home improvement show! Highly recommend

Excellent workmanship and crew. They are very knowledgeable and the results are evidence of their quality and attention to detail. No shortcuts were made and they went above and beyond to do some extra things for us at no charge. They were very good about putting tarps up and floor runners. We have a great deal of sensitive computer equipment and none of it was damaged. Todd was always available to take my call. It was very nice not getting voice mail and work directly with the ownership. Excellent contractor. I have and will continue to refer Basement Remedy. They also call now and then to check on us great follow up. Excellent contractor to work with!!!!

This company is the best contractor I have ever worked with! I run and own a large apartment complex in the Columbus area. My company owns over 2,000 units many with basements. They can handle the tough repairs that other contractors did not want to take on. They do it right. We will use .Basement/Drainage Remedy for all our basement/foundation issues, and we have them scheduled to do another large building for us in 2015. They are Veteran owned business which we are happy to support. Great company to work with.

If customer service is your main concern as it is mine ,let me put your mind at ease. This company went out of there way to help me. I had a minor issue but the owner came to my house at 8:30 pm to address my issues. He was pleasant and very knowledgable and was able to walk me through the process to fix the issue. I thought customer service of this type was a thing of the past but Basement remedy has definitely restored my faith that there are good companies out there.

These guys did an awesome job repairing my serious foundation issues. I am very happy and would highly recommend them if you want the job done right. They were prompt professional and did everything they said they would. They were a lot of fun and I enjoyed having them in my home
