Management is offer unprofessional. Made a ccall to management on last friday to make a payment. on August 9 He ask as if though he never spoke with me about this sent my daughter to make the payment gave her a had time she was only there to make the payment. an employ gave her a had time other word if she wasn't formual with what was going on about my account. you knew management lied and said he didn't recall a conversation with me on last friday them the lady employee lied and said i crused at her i had witness. with me that talk to the manger and told him that was not true on top of that the manger of the store hung up the phone on me i couldn't believe. it he took the payment from my daughter and then gave it back to her mad such unprofessional comment ill just pick up the merchandise. then i got on the phone. an contact the home office. hope i cane get the matter taken care of
