This current location in Lynn Haven Florida is now Under New Management .manager of the name of Chelsea is running this store into the ground very rude I have been a very loyal 10-year customer of the store after purchasing a leather power sofa approximately 1 month ago the buttons on the side of the sofa have broken in the reclined position I can no longer fold the couch backup. right after contacting the store they notified me I would have to bring the couch back down to them even though it is in a reclined position and I cannot get it out my door they are refusing to fix this I do not recommend anyone buying anything from the store as long as the current management is there they are very rude this is not good service for a sofa you sold one month ago .that cost almost $2,000 this is how they treat their loyal customers of 10 years. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and they refuse to do anything about this problem now I just have a broke
Sofa. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. BADCOCK WILL NO LONGER STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS. Very disappointed in this new manager. IHave been so satisfied with this store for over 10 year. I will purchase nothing else from badcock ever. There new policy is get your money then your on your own.... BEWARE.

Great variety of furniture, but the reason I gave it a 5 star rating is because of the wonderful staff. I will definitely purchase from them again.
