I received REAL solutions, compassion, honesty and integrity...combined with speed and humor the likes of which I haven't seen in years from ANY company, let alone one in the blue collar industry!! My septic emergency was handled seemlessly even when I couldn't be home due to a medical situation. Communication was spectacular and my yard looked so untouched I didn't even think they had been here, yet everything was working again!! Laura and Bill explain everything completely and make you aware of all your available options. They are both Extremely knowledgeable...and their entire crew are respectful of my property. I can't recommend them enough. Their pricing can't be beat!

Outstanding, fair, honest, professional job, the best price and a five year warranty. It doesn't get any better than that!! My septic failed a home inspection during the process of selling. I contacted five different septic companies in our area for estimates. Dolan was not only the lowest priced, but they were the ONLY ones who actually came out to my home, and did extensive testing at their own expense, before diagnosing my problem and giving me a repair estimate. All four of the other septic companies gave estimates over the phone that were mind blowing, and minus important components that would substantially raise the over all price of the job. The Dolans are wonderful people to do business with. Not only did they resolve my problem quickly and efficiently, they also checked my home for any source of leakage that would cause damage to the new septic. As it turns out, BOTH my toilets were allowing water to seep into the septic. The Dolans installed new parts in both tanks at no extra cost. When they left here, I felt confident that my septic was done right, and I sleep better knowing I have a five year warrantee. (and buyers are thrilled with that bonus, too!) I would highly recommend Dolan Septic, and would give them another five stars if I could!

We Have use Dolan Septic Twice this year ..Both times on Short Notice , They were there on the spot . Work was done price was great ...and ground was left the way it was ! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Would highly recommend this company! Great service and very knowledgeable!! They worked incredibly fast and did an outstanding job! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. I called them to have a survey done to find out where my tanks were located and to have them cleaned out. They were at my door the next day. They were friendly, honest and very dependable. I ran into a problem with one of my tanks and I feel they were very honest and fair with me, not trying to rip me off. I am selling my home. Dolan septic came over to make the repair needed for the sale. The crew was quick. The problem area, in my case the baffle. Was exposed and the connecting line replaced so fast I had to look myself. They were here to back fill the area right after the inspection from the health department too. I would used Dolan Septic again and have no reservations recommencing them to anyone I know who need there expertise and professionalism.

Nice company to work with.. Reasonable pricing. Billboard seen in the 70 Lakehurst was true they did not lie like the last company that I dealt with that was in Whiting with a Yellow truck. They were rude and the bill was not accurate in their bill at all.. Mr Dolan was a nice man and explain everything in detail and his crew was very nice and his staff was helpful and worked very hard.
