Management is horrible and unprofessional. They are only concerned with their paperwork because they have to cover their tracks for all the things that DONT happen there. They'll have openings because everyone is leaving. Stay away. Only gave it one star because there was nothing lower

New building. Looks beautiful. Management is TERRIBLE. They are only concerned about their beautiful facilities and all their rules to keep it looking nice. My mother did not like the staff (management) and we tried to get her out of there as soon as possible. We were not allowed to move the chair in the commons area so my mother could watch the tv. She couldn't sit on the couch because it was too soft and the staff couldn't get her out of the couch. So if she sat in the firmer chairs she couldn't see the tv and management would NOT let anyone move the furniture because the interior designer said the room looked best with the furniture where it was. We also could not bring food, candy or snacks to my mother's room, we were only allowed to eat with her in a special room off the dining room. We couldn't sit at her regular table with her in the dining room. Management did not like it that we put tiny nails in the walls to hang up pictures, because we were damaging the walls. My mother was not comfortable there at all. Staff was trying to tell us that she had lost her mind, when that wasn't true at all. She is much happier in another facility where she is cared for.
