Jennifer, Joe and the whole auto appraise company were terrific!! I spent the last 4 months trying to verify my shelby gt mustang was an actual shelby. After all was said and done, auto appraise got me $8,000 more then the original cash value my insurance company tried to give me. This was my first experience with a total loss vehicle and thanks to this company, all my questions were answered and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Jason was great, my insurance offered me $34,500 for my 2015 435xi that was a total loss, and was able to do a quick few comparables, and was able to help me get $38,750 from insurance for my totaled car. Jason was very responsive and helpful. My insurance considered his appraisal credible enough that I was able to use the information Jason provided me to get my insurance to go up to a reasonable valuation without having to challenge their final offer. Without Jason, i would have taken $4k below the actual value of my car. Would definitely recommend him to anyone else having a similar issue. Appreciate all the work Jason!
This was my third time working with auto appraise.
I was interested in purchasing what looked like a well maintained out of state 2015 Lexus LS with low miles. However, I wanted to get it appraised for a number of reasons. One, I'm out of state. Two, pictures can be deceiving. 3) carfax and Autocheck do not tell the whole story. Long story short. Car fax showed one owner, no damage, low miles etc. Same for Autocheck. After Autopraise inspected the vehicle it showed previous damage to front and rear. Undercarriage showed damage. I received about 124 pictures which highlighted a number of scratches and blemishes close up.
The appraisal was well worth the investment! Again, my third time using Jason Phillips and his team at Auto Appraise. Glad I did. 100% satisfied!!
My auto insurance (Liberty Mutual) tried to low-ball me on a totaled auto claim. I researched and found Auto Appraise, Inc. First spoke with Melanie and she was great with explaining to me what my options were. It did take a little longer than I expected but that was probably due to end of December Holiday season. Jennifer was excellent with expediting my appraisal (due to rental car circumstance) for my 2013 Scion FRS and Joe for representing me against LM's appraiser. Jennifer was very helpful throughout the process and Joe finally completed the settlement for $3400 above my original offer from Insurance adjusters over at Liberty Mutual. Highly recommend Auto Appraise to anyone regarding Insurance totalization of one’s vehicle. Don't let your insurer give you far less than your car is worth, fight back and invoke your Appraisal Clause.

Jason did a thorough inspection of the vehicle. He provided me with 248 pictures as well as a video of the entire car,outside, inside and underneath. I also saw how it test drived.

OMG I can't say enough about the fantastic team at Auto Appraise! Both Krys and Jennifer were always great to talk to; really nice and kept me up to date with what was going on.
I was the victim of a drunk driver hitting my parked vehicle and Esurance wanted me to just give into their ridiculous low pay out for my totaled vehicle. They made it as difficult as possible.
So I found and called Auto Appraise later in the afternoon on Friday 23rd 2017. Since I called later in the afternoon, I didn't expect to get the ball rolling until the following Monday; but that wasn't the case! Jennifer contacted me over the weekend and had the appraisal to me by Wednesday 28th 2017! I was impressed to say the least.
But that wasn’t even the best part. Jennifer gave me the information that changed the whole situation. She suggested I contact the Department of Insurance in my area; she even gave me the information on how to contact them. I called the department and they told me to file a complaint, and I did. Boy did Esurance jump on the case and want to get things moving quickly when I told them about the complaint I filed!
Esurance suddenly wanted to go to the next step of arbitration (which I was told they all most never do) and the Auto Appraise team got me a great final dollar amount for my vehicle. And once again, Jennifer gave me the information to get the entire appraisal out of pocket cost back from Esurance when they said they wouldn’t pay me back. Not only did she give me the information, she included the link to the Department of Insurance document where the information came from.
Now that’s going above and beyond! Jennifer and team really got me more than I would have gotten on my own and I’m more than appreciative of that. This is a team you want on your side.

A friend warned me insurance companies will low ball total loss settlements...Liberty Mutual did exactly that. Offered $3,300 for my totalled 04 Camry XLE that was in pristine condition pre-accident. No one I knew ever had this, but it seems pretty common. Thank goodness I found Auto Appraise. From the beginning, they were very helpful, professional and ended up getting me the NADA book valid the above mentioned friend said I should expect. The downside it that it cost me money to get a fair settlement from Liberty Mutual, but the up side is the cost gave me about $2,000 net more in the end...money well spent! Called Auto Appraise to get an out of state pre purchase inspection on a 69 dodge at a classic car dealer. Auto Appraise gave me an extremely thorough, detailed inspection report with hundreds of photos, a video with verbal explanation during the video on findings, positives, negatives, etc and direct personal phone conversations on the condition after the inspection was completed. Extremely knowledgeable, quick service. I have used other companies that offer similar services but Auto Appraise by far is the best. Will definitely use them again in the future.
My auto insurance (GEICO) tried to low-ball me. I was confused, angry, and helpless. I researched and found Auto Appraise, Inc. They were greatly helpful with quality customer service. I didn't even need to go to their office, every thing was lightning fast, from appraising my 2014 Nissan Altima to representing me against GEICO's appraiser. Firstly, Rachel went above and beyond with my case. I had requested an auto appraise from autoloss.com paid them in full for an auto appraisal required by my bank for an auto loan. They sent over the appraisal to my bank but it was missing key information like their license number, the home address and many details, the appraisal looked like it was done by a middle school student doing a report on a car. It was very simple, did not state many details or even pictures of the vehicle. Needless to say it did not get approved solely on the appraisal. I had reached out to Rachel prior to using auto appraise by accident trying to reach the original appraiser. Even though I had already paid the other appraisal Rachel still went out of her way to make sure everything was done correctly. That was incredibly helpful even though I didn't use her company she still wanted to know that everything went well. After the back and fourth with the other appraisal and not getting anywhere I decided to try auto appraise simply because Rachel had been so helpful before. I was looking to refinance my van but the bank could not factor the wheelchair accessibility conversion into the appraisal. I came to Auto Appraise and the appraisal value of the vehicle almost tripled the price of what the bank was stating my vehicle was worth because the bank was not equipped to factor in this modification. I have a 1967 Sport Fury and a 1967 4 door Hard Top Fury III. When I called to ask some questions about my cars, the secretary ask me to hold on and the owner of the company came to the phone we talked about my cars, there possible value with all of its options that came on such cars in 1967. ( especially the Sport Fury) The owner and the secretary were very polite to try and help me Resolve my questions with my cars, to obtain a value and which avenue to explore to possibly sell my cars, I gladly appreciate their knowledge and expertise of vehicles I would recommend them to my friends and family.
