DON"T DO IT, they are the worst dentistry I've ever had experiance with. $5000 plus later, with in 3 months, couldn't wear partials, broke off back tooth, within 3 years, I had a root canel with crown break off in my mouth pin in all, filling fall out, ( front tooth), materials are BAD, so is the work!!! After several attemps to get the work done right, FAILED, they tried to blame it on my hygene (NOT!!!)
I have been to some dentists in my life but this is the worst one. Went to get new dentures, some of the impression material was left in my gum, dentist filed away a filing on one tooth wasn't necessary, but a crown on the tooth, bonded the crown instead of temporary, crown uneven with other teeth, space between crown & upper teeth uneven bite. Crown broke leaving root in gum. Had to go to an oral dentist in Birmingham. I now need root canals on two of my teeth because of the trauma of the one that the root was still in my gum. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO THE THIS OFFICE 2067-BESSEMER,AL
My opinion: Terrible, terrible place to go for tooth care. These people advertise their expertise at providing dentures - -and - after a couple of visits there I see why. I had two small cavities filled (one top, one bottom) and BOTH were messed up. One abscessed, the other still hurts after several weeks. My advise? If you intend on keeping your teeth, go elsewhere.
I went to the Aspen Dental in College Station, Texas. What a joke! I was charged $3000 on my first visit, which did not include receiving the dentures. I did receive "temporary" botton (partial) dentures, and went back to finish the job, when I was told it would cost me another $2000 to complete the work, and allow me to receive top and flex bottom partial dentures, and Fortiva was stupid enough to pay them again, after all the issues we had the first round.
Now Aspen is allowing me (per conversation with one of their employees) to return the dentures for a full refund of the second trip. What about the first trip, where I had already paid for the dentures and never received them? How about that?
Now Fortiva will get their $2000 back, according to Aspen, but will I get anything from the dentures that cost me $2000 the first time? Dentures I have never received? Maybe we should all get together and do a CLASS ACTION SUIT????
This review is based completely off my most recent visit.. Last time I was at aspen dental I was getting a cavity filled, which is generally a very easy and un-painful process. However the female dentist that was preforming the fix didn't not seem to know what she was doing and I was also informed that her assistant hadn't had any prior experience. I then spent the next 45mins or so constantly being rammed into by both the dentist and her assistants chairs as they maneuvered around the room. Then, while drilling, the dentist accidently hit the button activating the lift on my chair which caused her to slip with the drill and she cut my gums. Lastly the assistant repeat-ably sucked my tongue and the inner parts of my mouth up with the suction tool, which was extremely uncomfortable.
So far the rest of the staff and everyone at aspen dental have been extremely professional and have done perfect jobs; and I do truly believe that I was just extremely unfortunate with my luck that day.
Very Bad experience . I paid in full $ 2600.00 for my wife's Dental work she had molar extractions she was sent Home with out a Prescription for Antibiotics . She has had nothing but bad , we can not make contact with this office . We have tried all emergency phone Numbers to get Help for Pain and Antibiotics . We will never do Buisness with Aspen ever again .I will turn them in to the BBB and tell Everyone I can about the Bad Buisness Etiquette ! Aspen just Lost. Future Cutomer ( Me ) I was about to Spend about $ 12000,00 on implants . I'am going to another Buisness !
I read some bad reviews about this place and like an idiot I made the appt. anyway. I went to their Carrollton location and it was horrible. Very unprofessional from the receptionist right up to the so called dentist. You have a choice, listen to the people who have had bad experiences or be one of the people who will have a bad experience.
I tried to schedule an emergency appt. For a painful broken tooth and was put on hold only to have reception come back on the phone with the next available appt a week away. This person lacked any compassion or empathy when speaking to a client in pain and constantly tried to sell me services aspen offers. Seems aspen has only their business interests in mind not a patients. Glad I didn't schedule with these jerks.
