ASAP was on time for the service, price was fair and service was outstanding. Lance explained exactly what was wrong, how long the repair would take and the cost.
Everything was exactly as he said.
Have recommended him to my in-laws and they were equally pleased.
My husband and I have used ASAP Appliance Service everytime we have a problem with an appliance. Charlene is always gracious and responsive to our questions and needs and Lance always arrives ontime and usually knows within minutes what has to be done. If our problem is "unfixable" and we need a new appliance, he is quick to tell us and always fair in his charges. We have used their service for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!! And,,,,they are very nice people!
I was amazed to read that anyone would give this great, caring company a bad review. I was referred to them by a friend that had also had great service from them. They responded ASAP to my request for a problem with my washing machine. I had a load in and nothing happened. The kind and ever so courteous repairman was able to get the load to work as it had important things I needed (Let your imagination go on the items).
The machine was a lemon, that they announced after my warranty was up, and Lance was so sorry to tell me that it was a goner!
Lance is due out this week to fix my stove and I recommend ASAP wholeheartedly!
Charlene, that is one of the owners and answers the phone, makes you feel like she is an old friend right away and Lance as well!
They are honest and reasonable!

I have been using ASAP Appliance Service for the past 4 years. Every time I call I am scheduled in a timely matter, AND they bend over backwards to get to my service needs! As appliances do, we have had to have our refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, and dishwasher all serviced by ASAP! Every time, the problem has been completely solved! There is NO ONE else I would call for appliance service. It is apparent by their dedication to a high standard that their customers are as valuable as gold to them! I sure feel that way!
We had just noticed that our 10 year old refrigerator had stopped working in the AM. I had used ASAP in the past for a oven problem and received excellent response and repair at a resonable price. I immediately call ASAP Applicance Service and they were very quick to respond. I had about $500.00 worth of frozen foods and I didn't want them to spoil. Much my delight they arrived within hours and found the problem very quickly and had all the parts on the truck. It was far more cost effective to repair this refrigerator than going to Lowe's and buying a new one. My point: I would highly recommend their services as I have now used them twice and with superior and efficient results. I don't think you will be disappointed!
The guy repaired my fridge. 2 days later the fridge is out again. They said that they will order the new parts and call me ASAP... This is the 3rd week and still waiting.. They ASAP took the money... But service is not so ASAP
Our primary goal is your satisfaction, so we are very unhappy to hear of your negative experience. I've searched our customer data base and do not show any of our customers in November or December 2010 with refrigerators that had any parts on order for more than 3 days. Understandably, completing refrigerator service calls takes high priority in our business. We carry a large inventory of refrigerator parts, so typically refrigerator repairs are completed in one trip, without having to special order parts. In the event that we need to special order refrigerator parts and make a return trip to complete a customer’s repair, the parts are received within one to two days and repairs are completed within two to three days. On rare occasions, when our nationwide network of parts suppliers do not have a part in stock and the manufacturer also has the part on a factory back order, we have to wait. However, I do not show any record of this occurring in November or December of 2010. If you are indeed a customer of ours, we would greatly appreciate you contacting us at your earliest convenience so that we can reconcile your negative experience and prevent this from happening again in the future.
