STAY AWAY!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
I got an estimate from ARK SEAMLESS GUTTERS. -- I decided to go with them to replace my gutters. I scheduled an installation day which was 2 weeks out. The day they were supposed to be there they didn't show up because they were behind due to the rain. It didn't matter, I understood. They told me they were going to be there to install the day after. The next day I got a phone call from the installer saying they couldn't get on my roof and he won't be installing the gutters. I asked for an explanation and he said my roof was too steep and he didn't want to do it.-- I explained to him that when I got the written quote the person was physically in my house and he should have known what was needed to install my gutters. He said I had to call someone else.
I called the office and the receptionist told me she didn't know what to say and apologized but could not give me an answer why they were refusing to comply with the written quote I have. I asked to speak with someone above them and she refused.
At the end of all this, I lost 3 weeks between scheduling and them not wanting to install the gutters!. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE!
