Arizona Ready-Mix Concrete

I ordered concrete the beginning of the week for the weekend on 6/6/2015 at 0500 and when i called at 0500 to ask where is my truck at they said we dont have you down and i talked with rick and he was just saying not my fault not my fault. Then i told him it was for 6 cu yards and the price was for $582.00 then he just stopped talking after that. Very rude and unprofessional seems like they just give you the run around.

I would give no stars If I could. They were running late so we called Rick (one of the owners) and he said the truck was running late because of the Chandler cop getting shot on Chandler blvd and Dobson. Their plant is on Mckellips and the 202. I live in Mesa off of Ellsworth and had two full trucks coming. So there is no reason for them to be in Chandler. Who blames there truck being late on a sad situation like that. First truck final gets there after being an hour late. Mud was Hot, and the truck dripped oil all over the road my driveway, and my yard. While the truck was still there my contractor called Rick again and told him about the truck. He said he would be out to look at it between 4 and 5pm that day. He never showed up and never called. This was on October 30th 2014. I have called them ever week since then about cleaning my driveway. At the beginning they kept saying they would get someone out there to clean it. Now it is January 2015 and they still haven't cleaned it. Most of the time they won't get on the phone. When I actually get a hold of them, If I talk to Rick he blames it on Dan ( the other owner) and says let me see when he is going to come out there and I will get back to you. When I get a hold of Dan, he says let me talk to Rick and I will get back to you. Never once have either of them called me back. I will NEVER use them again. Horrible customer service!
