        Overall

        Dryer stopped working and after searching the reason, I concluded it was thermal fuse or t-stat. I called and spoke to Jay V. He asked a lot of questions about the symptoms and concluded it was the coils that failed. I purchased the coils and installed them. Lo and behold he was spot on! I have a perfectly working dryer and was spared additional aggravation and expense, thank you very much and if I have problems in the future, I will do business with these folks again! LF

        Not friendly customer service. They don't offer estimates. So when they come out you are blind-sided. $49 service call is only good if they don't gouge you on parts & labor.
