My wife and I recently purchased a new washer and dryer. The dryer was gas but came set up to use natural gas and not propane. My wife ordered the conversion kit over the internet sending the vendor model and serial number to make sure we received the correct kit. I called Jeff at Appliance Experts to have it installed. Jeff came to our house on Bainbridge Island when he said he would and the time he said he would be there. Jeff installed the conversion kit but was concerned that it didn't sound right when the flame came on. Since the previous dryer was electric we thought it possible that the supply line had moisture in it causing the flame to be erratic. Jeff told me to run the dryer through normal use cycles and monitor the flame performance. He called me later in the week and told me he had just finished a conversion on another dryer exactly like ours and the conversion kit was different than the one we had purchased and had him install. Jeff ordered the correct conversion kit for our dryer and than came and installed it. Our dryer now works perfectly. I cannot express what a great job he did. He came back and changed out the conversion kit for the correct one and didn't charge us for a service call. It is very rare to find a company and man like Jeff that that show the honesty and integrity we all pray for but rarely find. I cannot recommend him and his company highly enough.
