I called early and spoke with the office, Bill I believe. He gave me a same day appointment which was great. Great Service. Thomas came and cleaned my dryer vent. He was great, very nice young man. He cleaned up when he was finished and even took out my garbage to the street.
We are glad you were happy with Thomas, he is fresh out of the U.S. Navy and hard at work. We are very proud of him.
I had the worst experience with Apex Appliance. I called their office in Sunday and set up an appointment for Monday between 10am to 3pm to fix my dryer. At 9:30am, apex called me saying that they don't fix appliances. Even though early reviews shows apex fixed other appliances. I told the guy that I gave info that my dryer isn't working on Sunday when I set up the appointment. Classic response: "You didn't talk to me."
Thank you for your feedback, however there is clearly some mistake, we fix dryers and all types of appliances. We have been for 30 years, you may have called the wrong company, as this happens a lot. People get confused because they call several at one time. We specialize in clothes dryer repairs, so this is very odd. Getting a poor review for this is very unfair as we have not been part of this transaction that you stated.
I highly recommended Apex for your appliance repair. I needed my refrigerator fixed so I called them in the morning. I spoke to Bill who was very helpful. The technician, Mike, was at my house within an hour. Mike was very personable and knowledgeable about my appliance. He was able to fix it at a very reasonable cost with a guarantee. Don’t hesitate to call Apex if you need your appliance repaired!

I was very happy with the service I recieved from Apex. They were here within 45 minutes of me calling about my broken refrigerator and had it fixed within 15. Tom, was friendly and very knowledgable. I will definitely use them for future appliance repair needs.

Apex Appliance was great. My fridge/freezer stopped working on Saturday afternoon. Called about 15 places and no one would come out on a weekend. Apex Appliance came on Sunday morning, at the agreed upon time, replaced the part and even cleaned up the mess. He was professional, friendly and did what he said he would. And the price was reasonable too. Thanks!!

Just thrilled. Called Apex after my dryer was looked at by another company whose estimate was so high, it wasn't worth repairing it. A friend told me about Apex so I called them. Tom came out, found the problem and repaired it that same day for only $125 which included the service call charge and was considerably less than the first company quoted! My dryer works great and I saved a lot of money. I highly recommend Apex to anyone before calling another company.

Great Service. I called for my Frig and they sent a wonderful repair guy, Tom. He was very fast and had everything with him. It cost $250.00 to repair but compared to $1000.00+ it was well worth it.

I called for a repair on my clothes dryer and they sent out the repair person, Raymond. He was a pleasure to deal with and a very trustworthy person. This was a very good expierence dealing with Apex and I would highly recommend them.

I called in to repair my dryer and was told they would charge $ 69 for seeing whats the problem.When the guy came in he just screwed some loose bolts and asked us to pay $ 133 .when i told him to issue an invoice , he said he would not leave the premises untill i issue the check. The owner was very unprofessional and yelled at me when i called in to ask for an explaination.
DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS, UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONALS..
First let me say that I am sorry you feel this way. The $69.00 is just to come out to give you an estimate on what is wrong. The $125 plus tax ($133.75) was the repair rate to fix the dryer and stop it from making noise. We did not charge you the $69.00 in addition to the repair,we only charged you for the repair. The tightening of screws that was performed by a master technician is exactly that, a professional repair. With the ever increasing expenses of running a business in NJ the rate of $125 for coming to you house with a fully stocked truck, a trained and insured technician is a small price to pay for repairing your dryer. It is expected to pay for services rendered once the repair is complete and a full estimate was given before any work was performed, it was only after the repair and the tech showed you how to fix it, was your refusal to pay for services brought up. I am sorry if you think $125.00 is an unfair rate for a repair in your home but I have no choice but to charge such rates.
My GE Profile Arctica broke down on me a day before my BBQ party with the fridge all full!!! i was in shock. I had to get the fridge working and Sears(with which i had a warranty gave me the service time from 1-5 and did not show up!! I called these guys and in despair told them i had to get the repair done ASAP. The dispatcher was understanding and sent two guys within 20 mins. Joe and his helper were in and out of the house within 30 mins after replacing the part that was needed. I cannot say thank you enough!
The guys were courteous and softspoken, clean and quick and reasonable. I will recommend these guys to anyone in need. Why buy the expensive warranties if the service guys dont show up at all? Apex is the go to for all electronic repair!
