Ten stars! I have been a customer for more than a year. Their medical reminder calls have been a real life saver. Service has been very reliable. Zero stars for AnswerNet answering service. AnswerNet did not provide the service they promised. The call center people were not friendly when clients called, they failed to forward messages, they said there were not openings when there were, they even failed to answer the phone in several instances. The list I have of complaints for AnswerNet's services is long. I would not recommend this company.
