On 25 September I had a problem with my truck and needed a tow. AMS sent Mike Larsen to assist me. Mike was prompt, professional and personable. His expertise and sense of humor and genuine empathy made a bad day better through his attitude and actions. Mike is a credit to the organization.

I always afraid of getting stuck in the middle of the night 300 meter right after the last exit, it was dark and scary.
I used to call my friend when I’m afraid of something, then I remember her that she told me to call AMS Towing with the address, where I located in for almost half an hr., there is a very kind driver and together with one guy arrived and help me, then took me to a nice mechanic for 20 minutes from the city, they also wait with me for the mechanic estimate, and the good part was the lift home. They charged me for free.
