Excellent service! Look no further. The woman answering my call was courteous and professional. The locksmith arrived much faster than expected and finished the job within a couple of minutes. He too was was polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future if needed, Call them they are the best Locksmith Company in the area that provide 24 hour Locksmith Service.

I Called American Local Locksmith and the guy who showed up to help me with my locks was great. They worked around my weird schedule, gave helpful advice, and we generally cool. world definitely recommend and hire them again.

I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called American Local Locksmith and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call American Local Locksmith! :)

After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. I just had American Local Locksmith change a lock on a newly acquired work space. Dave and his company exceeded every expectation I had. It was the perfect Customer Experience. I honestly can say that I am ecstatic I found a contractor I can trust and depend on. Dave was a super nice guy and was completely professional. Next time I have a need - I am going directly to American Local Locksmith.

As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from American Local Locksmith to help me out. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are!



Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app!

I've never had to call a locksmith before, but my boyfriend locked his keys in his car and asked me to try a locksmith while he was working. I called here and whoever answered the phone (some lady, she never identified herself) was just plain rude. All she had to say was he needed to be there to unlock the car (something I didn't even think about because, well, I've never called a locksmith). I tried to schedule for when he got off and then all she said was they didn't service in my area....sorry that your add said you did. I said that I guess I would have to try someone else and she said "ok" and hung up. Not sure who trained her on her customer service skills, but they are sure lacking.

After breaking a key in my front door I called American Local Locksmith. The technician showed up promptly, removed the key and adjusted the lock to prevent future issues. The rate was very reasonable and much less than competitors. I highly recommend American Local Locksmith.

We got locked out of our house the night before thanksgiving and were waiting outside in the cold freezing rain. The guys from American Local Locksmith were at our house within 25 minutes and got us in quickly without damaging our lock. Super nice and friendly! I will use them again if i need them.

Is it weird I almost want to get locked out again so I can call Lockbusters? Yeah, my experience was that great. After coming home at 2am beers may or may not have been involved, I soon realized that a lock on my door that I didn't have a key for had decided it didn't like being taped down, and chose to unlock itself at that very inopportune moment. That next morning, kicking the door in with my boots, attacking it with pink screwdrivers and attempting to scale the fire escape all failed. Defeated, I looked up a lock smith online to come rescue me. I called American Local Locksmith and reqwest a service the tech called me right back, told me he would be there in 20 minutes . He was at my apartment right on the dot and busted my door open in literally less than 2 min. I was sorta embarrassed at how easily he did it though he assured me the lock had definitely flipped.

Wonderful service!!!!! Locked my car keys inside my car. They came to me within 45 minutes and made me a copy within minutes thereafter. Very professional! I will use American Local Locksmith again!!!

Garbage. Locked out of my car and called to get someone out to me. They took my info and said they would have a technician call me back within a few minutes. Waited 30 minutes and received no call. Called back and they apologized and said they would have a technician call me right back. Waited another 15 minutes and called a different locksmith. Still have never received that call that they said I would get. Pathetic, simply pathetic. This company is a joke and don't bother calling them.

Very pleased with my experience with American Local Locksmith. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to be at my house within a few hours, solved the problem, educated me about how to work and maintain my slightly unusual locks, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Locksmiths are perfectly positioned to gouge their often desperate and in-a-bind customers, but American Local Locksmith didn't take the slightest advantage of that fact. What's not to like?
