Today I locked myself out of my apartment and my apartment does not have lock out service. "Call the Locksmith!" Thanks to Online search I was able to find this place and I am totally impressed with the service. I felt like a valued customer because they treated me with such high regard. ... But we all know that I needed them and was really desperate! I got updates about the arrival time and Eddie worked tirelessly to open the commercial grade lock on my apartment door. Great Great Great Service! i will use American Local Locksmith again.

The five star reviews are all true! Yader was wonderful - he responded to my call right away and arrived just when he said he would. He was professional, fast, friendly and most of all affordable. I will recommend American Local Locksmith to my friends and family.

I called American Local Locksmith because of the reviews that was listed online and they couldn't have been more on point. He was on schedule and very professional. I would definitely refer this company.

Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store if they could refer a company who does onsite service. They did, and I got a quote for about $350. American Local Locksmith - who I found on here - was able to do it for half that. They were helpful, patient, and clear. Paul was the guy I arranged things with, and James actually did the work that day. It was simple, easy, quick, and affordable.

Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock.

The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the American Local Locksmith folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton.

Dave from American Local Locksmith is an honest man in a mostly dishonest business. I asked him to help my mom out with the deadbolt on her door. He went out to us without issue. I initially was expecting him to install a Medco lock with a new deadbolt but when he arrived he decided that all that was needed was some adjustments and he only charged us for service. He could have tricked my mom but he was honest and reliable. He actually arrived early. EARLY?!? How great is that? Dave, you are the man!!! Thank You. I will recommend your Company to anyone and everyone.

When I called American Local Locksmith I got Professional and reasonable prices. Knows their stuff and provides a great service. Will request them for sure.

You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of ...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). This is proof that you shouldn't call any service provider without checking Online first. Saw the reviews on American Local Locksmith and prayed they would servicemy area. My Medico lock became misaligned and we knocked it clear off when we slammed the door. Called American Local Locksmith. They are, courteous, professional and honest (yes, I said HONEST) and did't take advantage of someone because they were in a vulnerable position. I recently had a locksmith after we evicted a tenant and they took full advantage of us. Wish I would have known about this place at that time. Thanks American Local Locksmith!

During my first 4 months of living in the city, I found myself locked out of my railroad apartment more times than not. When calling a locksmith for rescue is as commonplace as ordering a cup of coffee, the realization does not take long: this city is crawling with locksmiths who prey on the desperation inherent to being locked out. Take it from me- keyless at 2am on the street corner in freezing cold weather is tough ground for bargaining. Mike at American Local Locksmith gets it. When regaling him with horror stories of my locksmiths past, he shook his head and said ""that just ain't right"". He seemed like a genuine guy who actually cares about fixing the problem and keeping people safe without taking advantage of the dire situation. I found American Local Locksmith after moving into a new place and struggling with the stickiest, moodiest lock that oftentimes refused to let me in at all. Mike accessed the situation quickly, actually explained to me what the problem was, and fixed the lock perfectly without shrinking my piggy bank!

I don't usually write reviews online, but I was moved to do so because I know all too well that a good locksmith and is very hard to find one. Mike can handle even the most persnickety of locks, but more importantly he operates an ethical business and offers reasonable flat rates and prompt arrival time. My days of calling a random locksmith from a business card slipped under my front door are over.

I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from American Local Locksmith. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.

Never thought I could feel strongly about what locksmith to use. But after having experienced the laid back, cool, efficient professionalism of Tom at American Local Locksmith, I can't imagine using anyone else. He seems to always answer the phone and be available. And he was prompt and reliable about showing up and coming equipped with all the supplies he needed without knowing much about my particular situation. Payment was easy too - he takes credit cards .

I called American Local Locksmith and left a message, which was promptly returned by Paul, who was professional, polite and thorough in explaining who was going to be coming to my home. (A solace to a woman). The locksmith arrived on time, and he was exquisitely precise and neat. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. He spread paper to catch the drill shavings and cleaned up afterwards. He gave me some safety tips before he left. Come to think of it, I should have married him. I chose American Local Locksmith based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well. If I were to need their service again, I would definitely give them a call.

Five stars. I moved from one part of the area to another called these guys early Saturday afternoon to schedule an appointment. They sent someone out to me within 3 hours (I think his name was Mike - nice, professional guy). I needed to rekey some door locks and it was done quickly and for a fair price. I highly recommend American Local Locksmith they are the best in the area.

Lost the keys to my car and didn't have a replacement. Called in the morning and received a call back from Paul. He came that afternoon, on time and even called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes away.

Very nice guy and after calling other dealerships for prices, he was reasonable and much more convenient than having to tow my car to the dealership.

He was also efficient and knew exactly what to do, and was in and out in 20 minutes. If only everything in life was this easy, upfront and efficient.

We had an older lock break on an outside door. I called American Local Locksmith, and after sending a photo and specifics about the lock, they sent someone in less than 30 minutes. The lock was replaced at a reasonable charge and the locksmith was very helpful and professional. I would call them anytime and recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend American Local Locksmith.

Total time to get our locks re-keyed, from my initial call to the locksmith departing, was only 90 mins. Wow, talk about fast! Their price was very reasonable, especially for them to come out in the evening (around 7 pm). Our locksmith, Mike, was friendly, fast, and did a great job.
