Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional.

I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back.



He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. Every service in world should run their company like Edwardo: COURTEOUS, COMMUNICATIVE, HONEST, MODERN, and RELIABLE. This company is a rare gem. So nice to know that there are people in our area that take pride in what they do and actually care! Thanks, American Local Locksmith.

The locksmith was courteous however, he came in an unmarked car with black tinted windows and then told me it would cost $135 on top of the $29 service call. It took him less than 15 mins to open the lock. Then he told me he didn't accept checks and most credit cards. I had to go to the bank to give him cash!!! I paid because I had to get my kids in the house but I surely feel ����������������

Roy is the man! He helped me out of a tight bind - needing to change my locks and do it later than normal business hours, and all with a friendly, professional and effecient manner. I definitely felt like he knew his stuff, he explained the process, the options, and all for a decent price. I would highly recommend him for all your locksmith needs!!! Called American Local Locksmith early in the AM. Our nanny locked her keys in her car and we needed to get the keys out before I left to work. Mike return my called within minutes and was by the locked car within 15 minutes of our initial call. He got the car unlocked in under 30 seconds. I was on my way to worked at the normal time and Mike couldn't have been more courteous and professional. I would trust him with any job and highly recommend him to others. I think the guy I had was Dave from American Local Locksmith he was great! Very quick and very professional. He was also very flexible with timing when I kept changing my schedule around. I had him install a chain lock for me and I already had the lock he just had to drill it in. Good price as well, so many other companies tried to rip me off for this simple job. Definitely will use again!!!

FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. We were left with a $140 bill and a busted lock! We called American Local Locksmith to come fix it at 10:30 PM. They were here in 17 minutes, fixed the lock and hardly charged us anything. I never leave internet reviews but I felt compelled to tell others about this great service. CALL THEM IF YOU EVER NEED A LOCKSMITH FOR GOOD SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES.

John was soooo helpful! He just asked me a few questions over the phone, had me sent him some pics and the next thing I know I'm installing my own locks! Saved me the cost of coming out to do it. Very Good service. Professional and veery courteous. Got me out of a jam that was my own making. Thought I could do it myself. Terry did in 30 minutes what took me several hours and all I did was mess things up. Worth every dime! You don't mind paying when you get the service. Pleasant people as well. Great experience with this Locksmith Company! I had American Local Locksmith install a deadbolt lock installed last night and couldn't be happier. On time, speedy, and a super nice guy! What else can you ask for?

First, I live in the area and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called American Local Locksmith and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call American Local Locksmith to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to American Local Locksmith. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at American Local Locksmith I talked to a person in the area right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. American Local Locksmith has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

Last Saturday I had a appointment with American Local Locksmith to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in the city.

American Local Locksmith could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes.

I really appreciated the efficiency and ease of completing this job, especially since I had to have it done because my keys had been stolen.

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called American Local Locksmith to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.

I wanted a lock problem fixed, and a friend's recommendation couldn't come by until a week in the future. American Local Locksmith was able to send John on the very same day - which was fortunate because I made the original problem a lot worse by fiddling with things. John did great work and was very pleasant and courteous. And I thought the final price was definitely reasonable. As with all service providers, I hope to never have a problem requiring them to come around again, but I would most certainly call American Local Locksmith should the need arise. And to boot, it feels good to support a LOCAL business!

Jerry and John at American Local Locksmith were great. The problem I had with my door lock wasn't something they could fix, unfortunately, but the responsiveness, the flexibility with scheduling, and the recommendations they offered were all very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for work that I needed. Very professional.
