JUst had the worst ride of my life. BRoken window, trashed car. And the driver asked me to pay for gas. GOt out should never have gotten in. NO call backs when requesting a refund and said they provided the service when disputed by Chase. No ride. No customer service or response and no refund. Run the other way don' t use them!

Called 4 times to book a car for Thanksgiving. She promised to call back. Never did 0 customer service

Horrible service. The representative on the phone spent 5 minutes listing the reasons they could not pick me up instead of helping me solve my problem. Would not recommend.

I've called for a cab at Family Dollar on State Streetthey had me waiting for 2 hours with my 3 year old child in the cold I've called repeatedly and they told me they were still trying to find a cab but across the street from me there was a cab sitting in the parking lot doing nothing so after the 2 hour wait I decided to ask a random stranger to take me and my child regardless of circumstances that could have happened thank God the person that I drove what was a father and willing to help me out I think you guys should have better employees I will not be using this cab company again
