BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR!! Chris Wyatt was rude and completely unprofessional. We will be filing a complaint with the state because he lied to our home warranty company and said he had inspected our AC unit when he never even came to our house. His inexperienced technician, who had been out twice, didn't know what was wrong with our unit and said he'd have Chris check it out. I waited all the next day and never heard from Chris. When I finally called him, he said he was too busy to come out. I told him what the technician said and he said there is probably nothing wrong. Then, without ever checking on the AC himself, he reported to the home warranty company that there was nothing wrong with the unit. Luckily, I had already reported him to the home warranty company so we will get another contractor out and they will report him as well. Also, it sure seems suspicious that the only good reviews they have are in two groups around the 7/25/2013 (when they had a bad review) and 11/15/2013 (when they had another bad review). Also, please note they are NOT a member of the BBB.

My heater was going on and off. The flame wouldn't stay on. I was referred to call American Climate Control by a friend and I'm glad I did. They came out same day and found out my flame sensor was bad. They replaced it at a reasonable cost and made sure ever thin else was operating properly. Very professional Company. Thank You. There Great. Very courtious and professional. My unit quit working. It wouldn't come on. They checked my system and found out I had a dirty coil (no airflow) in return a pan sensor shut everything down. ACT cleaned the coils, then proceeded to do a complete maintenance check on the system and found no other problems. It's great to have someone out there that exceeds there capabilities to take care of there customers. Thank You

I would refer this company to anybody. I had a leak in my A/C system and had a competitor come out and tell me that it was just low on freon. They charged it then left. Two days later my freon leaked out. I called ACT and they came out (very punctual and polite). They ran a pressure check and found out that I had a compressor line leak where a line had rubbed a small hole. They fixed the problem and exceeded themselves by doing a complete maintenance check. The unit is working great and was pleased I found a company that I could Trust. Thank You

i had competitor come to my house because my a/c unit wasn't cooling. They told me it was low on freon and charged it and charged me for the service call and freon.(no problem) Two days later it leaked out. I called ACT in which were very punctual and polite. They ran a pressure check and found out that a line by my compressor had vibrated and rubbed a small hole which was causing a small freon leak. ACT in return fixed the problem and charged the system and everything held. While they were there they also did a complete maintenance check exceeding there expectations making sure everything else was operating properly. Very pleased with there attentiveness and concerns. I highly recommend this company to anybody. Thank You
