All Pro Electric

I had a window appointment of 10-noon. 12:10 I called to find out where the tech is. She said you told us to contact you when he's on his way. I'm sorry, but if youre not going to make YOUR window appointment, YOU call me to let me know. After a heated conversation, she said she would "call" me back to let me know. A few minutes later I received a TEXT (How unprofessional..TALK TO ME!!) stating "he had an emergency call." If that's the case, LOOK at his schedule and call the people down line to let them know. The text then stated "it may be better for you to find another provider...and good luck finding another company that wants to drive to your area to give a free quote."

This is a rental property and I had to drive 50 miles round trip to sit and wait for nobody to show. BEWARE! You may want to find out the distance they are willing to drive before committing to wasting time. As a contractor, I had to juggle my schedule for this. UNPROFESSIONAL

Was really excited to find a company with such great reviews. I made an appointment and no one ever showed up. I called 30 minutes after my appointment time and got a voicemail. I left a message stating that maybe I had the wrong time if someone could please call me back to verify the appointment. I left my name and number and it has been two weeks and have not heard back yet.

What a nice surprise, finding All-Pro Electric, on the internet. Was so impressed by all the great comments & 5-star ratings. That's what made me call them! James took even my very small job (replacing a ceiling fan) and did it with total professionalism. He was also very nice to talk to while he explained a bit about fans to me. He was able to install our fan with only one day's notice (out-of-town coming tomorrow) ... great! because our guests would not have been able to sleep under the old LOUD racket-maker fan. James is a blessing. On the hottest day this year - a Saturday to boot - we lost power to the breaker box. James came quickly and fixed it - even going to get additional supplies since it was a weird situation. Very fair pricing and so professional. We have now found "our electrician".

First of all, When my husband called All Pro, they were the only ones to give a round about quote which we need in order to proceed. "Well, unless it is more than what you are saying, It should be between this and this."



We called All Pro Electric out to wire our house and put in a bunch of wires between rooms which required lots of attic work. It had to be 130 degrees or more up there because our fan was not working..... which he also happened to fix for us.



This guy was AWESOME!!

This company had the best reviews online, so I chose to call them to fix a problem that another local electrician didn't complete. They showed up and fixied the problem the other company started. He even stayed after to make sure my hot tub worked properly and helped diagnose a problem with the heating element, which I would have never found. I have to admit, this electric company did a fantastic job and I would STRONGLY recommend them to a family member. All the reviews are correct! Thanks again for your help and honesty.

This company was our third company to come take a look at our electric problem for sake of comparing rates. Thankfully we tried all three electricians because this last one was the best. Tried to be ripped off by two other companies, but this one was honest and very nice. We were told our problem was going to cost $1500, when All-Pro informed us that it was a minor repair that would only cost $30. Call this company before any others!

I called All-Pro Electric on a friday evening because I was having some electrical related issues that were causing my A/C not to work properly. James came striaght out to my home. Which really impressed me to begin with because of the day and time that I needed his service. He was very professional, prompt, and polite! I was also very pleased with the very fair price that I was charged for a evening service call. I was impressed with the professionalism. James came in right on time assessed what needed to be completed and began work immediately. He needed extra parts and headed to the store to get them. the job was completed in a timely manor.

Work done:

two new outlets

recessed lighting

ceiling fan installation

two light fixtures, and

thermostat installation.

The lights turn on the fan works, the outlets work, and he swept the floor and cleaned the fixtures to a shine before he left.

I contacted All-Pro Electric of Texas because I needed some new electrical circuits put into my house for new projects that required additional power into the house. I searched yellowpages.com and All-Pro was the first to come up and James was really friendly and nice over the phone. He sounded knowledgeable and the figures he gave me over the phone sounded great to me as well so I was sold. James scheduled an appointment to me at my house in the morning because it is 103 degrees outside in Euless, Texas at this point in time, and he wanted to make it as easy for both parties. So James showed up in the morning, took a look at my breaker panel and went to get the necessary parts for the job. James was great. Not only did he do great work in adding the parts to my breaker and house, he was only in the attic for a short time making sure the wires were in the location I wanted them in. He was in and out, and the work was great. I made sure he had a freezing cold towel and a big glass of ice cold water and we called it a day and the job was done. I will definitely use All-Pro Electric of Texas again in the future.

I could not have been more pleased with a service call. James was efficient, quickly finding and fixing the problems. He was very fair with his charges and cheerful. I recommend him highly.

I needed someone to come out ASAP to fix a main circuit breaker that was continually tripping. With 105 degree weather I could not wait another minute to get this fixed. All Pro was at my house within 20 minutes of me calling them. Not only were they fast but the technician’s knowledge, professional attitude and willingness to help was a welcome relief to a very frustrating situation. I had to find someone to wire up an attic fan and All-Pro was the only one that could come out that day. Heck the other companys couldnt make it out for over a week. When the elctrician arrived he was very nice and did exactly what he said he would. Its nice to find someone in the service field that treats you and your home with respect and I will be using them from now on.

We needed an outlet installed for a new fountain in our backyard. The All-Pro electrician came out the next day and installed the new outlet as well as fixed a few other small projects around the house we had been putting off. The electrician was curteous and did a great job at a very reasonable price.
