We have purchased two new Ford vehicles at Tallahassee Ford in the last 8 months and could not be more pleased. Conrad is a fabulous salesmen, and the entire sales team is caring, attention and knows their products. They bleed Ford blue! We have enjoyed experiencing a memorable and easy sales process for both Ford vehicles we purchased. They are professional and transparent, which used to be an unusual combination in the world of car sales. From start to finish, we were well taken care.
But the proof is in how they treat you after the sale. Thankfully, Tallahassee Ford continues to shine here as well. The service department is speedy and knowledgeable. My salesman checks on me to make sure I am happy and everyone knows the real meaning of customer service. So grateful for the team at Tallahassee Ford...they are doing business right.
I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with my vehicle issue that started on Sunday. I have a 2014 Ford Taurus that has 40k miles and my battery went bad this morning so I had it brought in on Monday and was told that although my battery is 12 MONTHS OLD, they will not cover it because it is outside of the 36,000-mile warranty. On the Ford PARTS website, the identical battery with the same part number does not show a mileage cap and offers a 36-month replacement and a 100k mile prorate warranty and I brought that up but was told that you do not back the battery in the car when put in, but willing to sell me the IDENTICAL battery with that coverage. This is a SCAM and shows you do not back the parts put in your cars and trying to make a buck. I was told I would get a call back on Tuesday and received no call so I will be going to WCTV.
Kenneth and Eddie get much praise from me and my family. When it looked hopeless, they found a way to make it work. They went above and beyond. I appreciate everything they did for me and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. This will not be the last vehicle I acquire from them. And as long as live in Tallahassee, they will always have my business.
I purchased a 2015 Explorer and recieved a very good deal. Ken Eaton in sales made things seamless and pleaseant! But, the day after I bought the car they called me and said that they could add the extended warranty and GAP insurance and drop my payment by $10.00 per month! WHAT???? Could not believe it! They kept on working for a better deal after I had left and signed a finance contract! I hope the future deals keep looking like this deal.
I usually lease Infinitis, but a friend recommended the Tallahassee Ford Lincoln dealership. I decided to visit the dealership before I leased another Infiniti. I dealt with Bruce Hatton and Eddie Calderon. They were fantastic to work with. I drove away in a brand new 2015 Lincoln! I love the car and enjoyed the leasing experience. I will refer Bruce and Eddie to all of my friends!

There was no pressure to buy but rather more focus on answering our questions and ensuring we got the best deal available. Diego was not pushy or overbearing. I hate going to a car lot and the sales people won't leave you along. I test drove the Escape on Monday and went back on Saturday and purchased it. Diego asked what I wanted and delivered the deal. I love my new Escape, it has everything I want plus! Bill was excellent in giving sync instructions. He made sure I understood everything before I drove away. Thanks guys for a great experience! I will recommend you!
After visiting many other dealerships in town and giving our name and number to a sales associate at each one, Conrad at Tallahassee Ford Lincoln was the only associate who called us back, told us he was still looking for the car we wanted, and made sure we knew he was still willing and able to help us out. The criteria for the car we wanted was not easy, but Conrad was able to find it for us and make sure that we got what we wanted. I had a great experience at Tallahassee Ford and would recommend it for sure!
Nicholas Voran helped me make my first car purchase. He was extremely organized and very patient with me the entire time (which was close to 6 hours, mostly due to dealing with my insurance company). He thoroughly answered all my questions and broke down every detail until I understood everything that was going on. I sincerely got the impression that his main priority was to help me be comfortable with the car-buying process and to feel confident about my decision to buy a vehicle. He stepped in and patiently coordinated with my insurance company and my parents (co-signers) when I was starting to lose track of what was going on with the car-buying process. I definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Nicholas as a salesperson. No awkward small talk, no fast-talking, no pushy sales pitches. Simple, straightforward, and customer-focused.
Top notch customer service all the way. Ken Eaton and Justin Carraway went out of there way to make the buying experience a pleasure. I got a lot more tuck for a lot less money than the other truck that I was looking at, at another dealer of another brand. Eddie Calderon in finance went beyond my expectations to get me a great deal. I will recommend Tallahassee Ford to everyone.
