I've had both good and bad experiences with these people. I called them for a known air conditioning problem and got charged $75 to be told I needed to change my filter. I kept telling them my system had a slow freon leak and they needed to add freon. They came back and said I needed to clean my A coil. The system was only 6 years old and we change the filter every few months. So I called another contractor in town who added a little freon and now it works fine. So these guys are either inexperienced (the tech that came to my house did have all brand new tools), scam artists that would rather charge you $75 to tell you to change your filter than charge you $75 and get into the attic to check for a freon leak, or maybe they're just stupid. My guess is that they are inexperienced. Go with Don Shaver if you live in Norman. He's professional, honest, and experienced.
