        Overall

        This company is FANTASTIC. The people that work there truly care about their customers. Kim was the woman I spoke to to make my appointment, and even though they were almost completely booked, she did her best to make sure they got someone out to us on the day that we called, since there was a snowstorm coming.



        Craig was our technician and he was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about his work. He made sure to explain everything to us so that my boyfriend and I understood the problems, and answered all questions. You can tell he enjoys what he does.



        In addition, they made sure that we understood all of the costs to the visit--this is something that many companies do not do! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, it is rare today to find a business that doesn't try to take advantage of its customers.
