Matt came out to my house for a no cost estimate to install a mini-split system in my garage. I got estimates from 4 other contractors and decided to go with Air Quality. We scheduled an install date and Matt and his 2 man crew arrived on time, were friendly and professional. The crew did a great job with the install and cleaned everything up beforre leaving. Matt came out later that same day to show me how to use all the controls. I am very pleased with the job and would recommend Air Quality to others.
I just moved into a new home and pge couldn't get the furnace to turn on. Air Con was fine but the furnace was not responding. I called Air Quality and Andre came on time, extensively checked my attic, ducts, wires and diagnosed
the problem. It was faulty wiring with the thermostat. He promptly rewired the problem, charged a reasonable rate and left a card. I definitely recommend them.
All I want to say is that you should look for another contractor. I fired them before the job was done and had them remove the equipment. I hired another contractor and had it done the proper way.
Our company is a reputable company-See BBB or Diamond certified.org. Our company responded to a furnace install during xmas weekend. After INSTALLING the furnace, the customer refused to pay saying it was not a york furnace- We supplied proof that is was and he still refused to pay. We told him pay or we will take it out. He said to take it out which is what we did. My worker and his renter were there as well.
