I have a prepaid a year round service $973 with this company, within this contract I should receive total three services through out the year, no one scheduling my appointment when the time comes up and I have to call myself, No big deal, but when I called I learned I need to pay another $39.95 traveling fee which the tech (Giovanni) did not informed at the first place! I explained to two people in the office who both claimed as head manager (Samuel and Mason) would not help me to waive the traveling fee so I either to pay 39.95x2 or I have to eat up the prepaid cost myself!



I tried to file a dispute with my credit card company, but it is already passed the dispute period. I know I won't get any money back, but I know I am not going to pay them to come back to my house mess up my AC units so they can charge more more! I will file a complain at the State Consumer Department, and hoping no one else get more SCAM from this company!



Bottom line: this company will take advantage of you in any way. It is a SCAM! google it, and you will know how bad they are from all the reviews. And I wish I did it at first place!

Wouldn't accept the $79 as advertised for vent cleaning, new filter and AC tune0up. Told me there was mold and that it would cost over $300. I told him to show me. No mold, just dust. He refused to do the work as advertised if I was not going to pay the $300+. T

Left me with complete garbage and a $2000 bill. BBB and my lawyer will be getting a call.

Dont EVER hire this so called "company" they are a scam!! Fraudulent, corrupt and a simple joke!! They stole thousands from us! Its a shame that the government hasnt taken action against them!! But they will soon!! If you or someone needs service ac service deal locally! Its a lot safer. When they have your money and you call to complain the supervisor is busy, unavailable, not in,. They have something up their sleeve! They get very defensive when you want to speak to their "supervisors" or "managers". Dont ever deal with these thieves!!! I wouldnt be surprised that they wrote these great review on themselves here on yp.com. I truly doubt there are satisfied customers out there. Notice that they are all short and sweet??around the same days as well?? They are trying to sweet talk you into giving them your hard earned money!!

I called the company to clean my AC drain line after seeing the $49 special AD. The tech didn't honor the coupon and charged me $180+ for cleaning drain line and damaged my backup drain line.
