Fabricio and his team were in our home about a week doing extensive work after Harvey. We really liked them. They were very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable with them there and they did a thorough job cleaning all the mold. They also kept us updated well on progress and took plenty of pictures for our insurance company. The price I thought was fair compared to another company I called. We were at 5 stars for sure until they took down the containment areas. There are many scratches on my wood floors throughout ou home. Also several windows are scratched and the window films will have to be replaced. The walls and ceiling where some of the containment was attached have to be repaired and repainted. The wood on my banister is scratched. I understand that doing demo may lead to minor damage, but I feel this is excessive and could have been avoided. At the least, knowing up front to expect damage on floors, windows and walls would have helped. They did give me a discount on my duct cleaning to cover costs of fixing some of the damages. The duct cleaning was done well. I will call them back but maybe just come up with a plan to protect floors before work begins.
