The staff is very helpful and accomidating. I always feel very at home here, and never afraid to bring up any problem. I always feel like Dr. Helliwell takes the needed amount of time with me. He always makes me feel like I can discuss anything with him. I am glad he will be the one to deliver my first child. I completely trust him!!

WORST place ever for women!!!! Went here due to the fact new to area & needed care for ovarian cysts. Was seen by Dr Keenan who only asked brief uneducated questions. Sent to be seen by their in house xray tech who did internal ultrasound in such a manner that I was in more pain than when I arrived. After that procedure was complete never spoke with or saw doctor again and yet no more test given or conclusion as to why I was in such dire pain. Left there and headed to Accelarated Urgent Care for testing & treatment. Staff was nice and doctors extremely thorough and caring. Doctor was shocked to learn a fellow collegue was so incomplete in her treatment as she was a specialty doctor. I wouldn't recommend my dog to go here let alone anyone I love or care to save from such incompetency and uncaring staff.

I’M PREGNANT WITH MY 3RD CHILD AND HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF DR. HELLIWELL AT ADVANCED WOMEN’S HEALTH CENTER DELIVER ALL OF MY CHILDREN, INCLUDING THIS ONE (MY LAST ONE). I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE ENOUGH TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND TO EVERYONE OUT THERE. WHEN YOU WALK THRU THE DOOR, YOU GET A FEELING OF CALMNESS. RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT SAYING A WORD TO THE FRONT OFFICE THEY WERE FULL OF SMILES. THERE WAS NO WAITING ON MY PAPERWORK FOR ME TO FILL OUT, EVERYTHING WAS NEAT AND READY. AS SOON AS MY PAPERWORK WAS FINISHED, WITH A LITTLE WAIT TIME I WAS CALLED INTO THE BACK BY ANOTHER FRIENDLY FACE, HIS MA! SHE INTRODUCED HERSELF TO ME, EXPLAINED ALL THAT WOULD BE GOING ON IN MY VISIT AND I WAS PLACED IN THE EXAM ROOM. DR HELLIWELL REMEMBERED ME FROM MY PREVIOUS PREGNANCIES AND EVEN THOUGH WE’VE DONE THIS BEFORE HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE OF ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GOING ABOVE ALL THAT I EVER EXPECTED FROM A DR. PRIOR TO MY APPT ENDING HE ORDERED AN ULTRASOUND THE SAME DAY. WITHOUT WAITING, HE WALKED ME OVER AND I WAS GREETED BY ANOTHER FRIENDLY FACE. BRANDI THE ULTRASOUND TECH WAS AWESOME! I GOT TO SEE MY BABY AND HEAR THE HEART BEAT AND SHE EVEN TOLD ME WHAT I WAS HAVING WITHOUT ME ASKING. BOTTOM LINE IS IF YOU WANT A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR PREGNANCY AND A WONDERFUL STAFF YOU WILL BE GOING TO SEE DR HELLIWELL AT ADVANCED WOMENS HEALTH CENTER.
