Advanced Moisture Protection, (AMP) Inc. service was excellent. The owner promptly answered my telephone call for help and responded immediately to my request for a roof repair. Roof technicians arrived the very next day. They expeditiously and thoroughly repaired my roof just before rains from Hurricane Florence impacted Maryland. My repaired roof endured days of continuous down poor without any problems. The price for the excellent repair work was very reasonable and affordable. The AMP owner, office workers and roof technicians all provided quality customer service.

I found the company through a web search. They answered the phone the first time I called and then followed up by e-mail to schedule a visit to make an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. They were flexible when I asked them to consider another roofing material type. After signing a contract, we worked by e-mail to schedule the job around the weather. When they locked in a date, they came and did the work as planned. When they removed the old roofing material, they discovered some additional issues with our roof and informed us, and we quickly negotiated a modified scope of work. The work was completed on time as planned. They cleaned up the site thoroughly. The roof seems very expertly installed, and it looks great.

Best Roofers Ever! I've been in my Baltimore row house for 25 years and have needed periodic maintenance. In this instance my need was major patching and sealant. The office staff and crew exhibited comradery and every aspect of the service from estimate, communication, project performance, clean-up, and billing was excellent and convenient. The crew even cleaned my gutters as a freebee bonus.

Advanced Moisture Protection just finished fixing the brick and mortar work above the roof line on my 55+ year old chimney. Huge improvement! And I am no longer worried about water getting in between the bricks and into my attic. It looks good. Also, Krystal was very helpful answering questions when could and when she couldn't referred me to the owner. I am very satisfied.
